My Journey Through Music Ed

Hola, my name is Carlos Gundelach, and I am studying Music Education at the Con. Although I have a Spanish first name and a German surname, I don’t have any direct connection to either country. Instead, I am half Chinese on my mother’s side, and my dad’s side is a bit of a charcuterie board of European “cheeses.”

My personal interests include annoying my cat (her name is Delilah, like the song), playing the piano at silly speeds, and trying to be the best person I can. I have previous job experience in retail and hospitality; yet, sadly, I have not come across any music-related jobs despite my dream of going back to my old high school (Riverview St Ignatius) and teaching music.

Through this website and my hopefully entertaining vlogs, I hope to be able to record my findings on this wonderful course, and maybe you’ll learn something along the way.
